The most recent mediated contract negotiations took place between Pinnacle Airlines management and the Pinnacle Airlines pilots as represented by the Air Line Pilots Association in June and August 2008 and January 2009. Although some limited progress was made, there remains a significant gap between management and the pilots. ALPA can not and will not agree to anything less than a fair contract that reflects the hard work and dedication of the Pinnacle Airlines pilots.

Pinnacle Airlines pilots conducted informational picketing outside of the annual meeting of the shareholders of Pinnacle Airlines, Corp. in Memphis, TN on May 15, 2008. Pinnacle pilots were present to give Pinnacle Airlines management a clear message: It is well past the time to give Pinnacle Airlines pilots a fair contract. The hard work and dedication of Pinnacle Airlines pilots is a significant factor towards the success of Pinnacle Airlines. Our contract has been amendable for over three years and 2008 is three years too late!
